The short answer that we are the best aged care provider of transportation services, according to the 100% satisfaction rate reported by our clients since we started doing it in 2017. In July 2022, we also added ‘social support’ and ‘light cleaning ‘ to our portfolio and the initial impression among our clients has been excellent as well.
We knew we were the best even before we started because we heard it from our own special group of seniors -our Nanas and Pops-, who required different levels of care into their ‘Golden years’. Sometimes finding reliable care can be very frustrating, as anyone dealing with aged care providers knows, and based on those experiences we developed a bespoke service useful to other South Australian families. You see, we are strongly settled in our belief that we must serve those who were here before us by giving our seniors the ‘senior-level’ treatment. We started as ‘Senior Transport’ and are gradually moving to becoming Senior Serv. Our concept with our brands may be defined into actions such as being on time, being kind, and ready to serve in a way that helps them maintaining their independence for as long as possible.
